Welcome home Classes of 1959, 1964 and 1984!

Always a special occasion when the Headmaster, Mr Lovatt, Staff and boys of King Edward VII School get to ‘Welcome Home’ Old Boys to the School. This morning, 7 November saw the Classes of 1959, 1964 and 1984 gather at King Edward for their 55th, 50th and 30th year reunions respectively!

The Old Boys attended the morning school assembly with the prayer and reading given by Old Boy, Rev. John Alex (Class of 1964), followed by the assembly address of the Head Prefect of 1964, Mr Richard Pemberton.

The Old Boys were entertained by the School Choir and then the School war cry was done ‘loud and proud’ in the quad after assembly.

The weekend reunions will see our Old Boys enjoying the Annual Association Golf Day at Royal JHB & Kensington, group dinners and the Annual Remembrance Parade on Sunday will round-off a perfect weekend of fellowship, reminiscing and connections rekindled.

Welcome home Gentlemen, good to have you back at your Alma Mater.
