KES Old Boy and Teacher to ride Munga Race for Pie in Sky Project!

Community Project: Pie in the Sky- Munga for Hunger

King Edward VII School educator & passionate Old Boy Mr Martin Bain Venn, will be taking on the task of riding and completing the gruelling Munga Mountain Bike Race in December 2017.

The Munga is billed as the toughest race on earth and is 1100 km non stop race from Bloemfontein to Cape Town. Mr Bain Venn is riding to raise money (in the form of sponsorship per kilometer or a donation) to provide financial support to KES boys who are financially battling to support themselves. Funds raised will be used towards helping these learners with provision of meals, books, educational supplies and uniform.
